We use only 100% Austrian meat—either pork or chicken—fried in the highest-quality oil, which we change regularly to ensure freshness and flavor. Whether as a small portion, as part of a set meal with a side dish, or in the large version: Our Wiener Schnitzel is the reason people have been coming to us since 1993.
For those who prefer something a little heartier: stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded, and fried until crispy. A dish that’s truly filling.
